The objective of the MINDSET workshop is twofold: it first leads the managers to enhance their individual self-awareness and self-regulation and, secondly, to develop a plan on how to apply the new skills in the workplace on a collective level. The participants will explore the relationships between thoughts, emotions and behaviours; especially, how our behaviour and choices are guided by habitual, auto pilot, thought patterns determined by our previous experiences and programming. By identifying own, and that of the whole team, cultural biases and thinking traps, managers will have a better understanding of collective attitudes. Furthermore, they will be guided to develop strategies, and skills, to foster a positive and agile mindset – “a growth mindset” that is essential for embracing and driving change.
